The Cega Tool Store was opened in January 2025 by Bergen and Nick, owners of The Schnauzer Co.
The Schnauzer Co is a production woodwork shop based in Cape Town. Our woodworking adventures have introduced us to many exciting and challenging projects, many of which require specialised tooling and consumables that are either difficult to come by, or are utterly disappointing from a performance perspective.
This has forced us to shop Internationally and we have found ourselves importing an impressive array of high performance tools, which we are now selling locally under the CEGA Tool brand.
The first of our tools on offer are our DLC coated CNC router bits, which have had a huge impact on our production quality and net spend, as we are getting over double the tool life when comparing to our previously used un-coated cutters. We look forward to adding to the range, and uploading some YouTube videos throughout the year, and hope that our tools can add value to your manufacturing or hobby.
